Fanbeatsbox can exchange your personal data with their subsidiaries, as mentioned above at ‘’Processing by Fanbeatsbox‘’.

There is no obligation to provide personal data

You are under no obligation to disclose your personal data when you purchase a product or service from us. It’s your own choice to provide your personal data at all time. However, in order to make use of a variety of our products / services, providing your personal data is necessary.

Exchange of data within Fanbeatsbox and its subsidiaries

Fanbeatsbox will not sell your data to third parties and will only provide your data, if necessary, for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. Fanbeatsbox concludes a processor agreement with the companies that process your data, in our request, to ensure a similar level of security and confidentiality of your data. Fanbeatsbox remains responsible for these processing operations. We create a profile from the collected data to provide you with better services and be able to tailor the products and services (such as websites and products / services offers) even better to your interests.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Fanbeatsbox will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide your information, if necessary, for execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with the companies that collect your data in our request to ensure a similar level of security and confidentiality of your data. Fanbeatsbox remains responsible for these processing operations.

For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data

Fanbeatsbox processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • Analysing your surfing behaviour on the website to better tailor the content of the website to your personal interests;
  • To provide information about changes to our services and products;
  • To send you a newsletter, offer, user information, service message or other electronic message by opt-in or confirmed registration;
  • To comply with the laws and regulations that apply to us and to deal with disputes and to have control carried out;
  • To conduct market research and to prepare management information for product and / or service development and for determining the (general) strategy.

In this context it should however be noted that not all data is always processed for the same purposes. In principle, we keep your personal data for as long as necessary for the aforementioned purposes, or to comply with the statutory retention obligations.

We preserve the data for the usage of the data as long as necessary. Fanbeatsbox uses the data in any case as long as you use the service and in case of inactivity also a period of 3 years thereafter. Fanbeatsbox does this so that you can easily use the services again when you reactivate your account.  An exception to the above is if the law prescribes that Fanbeatsbox must retain certain data for a longer period.

Sharing and disclosing personal data

We can exchange personal data processed by us with our subsidiaries as mentioned above at ‘’Processing by Fanbeatsbox” and combine these with data processed by these subsidiaries. If you object to this, you can report this via info@fanalists.com.

We can offer third parties (advertisers) the possibility to use the segments in which we have classified visitors (based on personal data collected by us) for the purpose of targeted purchases of online advertising capacity. For example, an advertiser might indicate that his advert for beer should only be shown to men in the age range of 20-34. The advertiser can – without actually receiving the data himself – advertise specifically. Advertisers can make use of this on our website, or elsewhere.

In special cases we can, without your consent, make personal data available to third parties. Special cases include, for example, legitimate requests by authorities, subpoenas or court orders, actions to detect or prevent damage or fraud, or actions to ensure the security of our network and our services.

We can also provide personal data to so-called processors who deliver products / services to you at your request, whereby (unless stated otherwise) your personal data will only be used for the performance of that delivery obligation. These processors are not entitled to use this data for their own purposes.

Finally, we can share certain anonymised data with third parties, such as the number of users who clicked on a specific advertisement or link. You can not be identified on the basis of this information.
